Business Impact Risk Management: How to Drive Action and Build Complete Impact Profiles by Incorporating Diverse Risk Assessments presented by Bob Sibik, Fusion Risk Managment

This presentation offers perspectives on how business continuity management complements risk management, and outlines the value gained from taking a risk-based approach to your BIAs. Bob Sibik shares strategies and techniques that enable BCM practitioners to bring focus to critical business areas that create the greatest risk, and offers ways to enhance operational risk management via the integration of business continuity data and risk assessments.  Practitioners earn a “seat at the table” with executive leadership when they deliver a clear understanding of how the business can be disrupted, what levels of resilience exist, and the priorities for investment in further risk mitigation.  You'll have the chance to discuss your own challenges, and learn how to build a more complete business impact profile by effectively incorporating risk assessments into your BIAs.
