About the presenter: Terri Greenberg

Terri Greenberg is a native of Minnesota with a 25+ year career in the insurance industry. Terri is a trusted Business Resilience leader with a history of leading matrixed teams through high stakes situational response. She has successfully designed, built and led enterprise resilience programs that align to meet industry standards. Terri led advanced crisis response capabilities to support anticipated and novel crisis. She is recognized as a change agent, with the ability to lead and influence in the absence of direct reporting relationships. With the tighter coupling of Business Continuity with Risk Management disciplines, Terri is exploring how to redesign programs from being reactive (learning from what has happened) to integrated (designing programs based on risk tolerance) while also focusing on predictive risk monitoring (leveraging intelligence and the experiences of others). She is interested in exploring ways that predictive risk management can be used for risk avoidance and to identify opportunities and innovation.

Terri holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Hamline University in St. Paul and a Master of Organizational Leadership degree from St. Mary’s University in Minneapolis. Terri lives south of the Twin Cities with her spouse Brian, teenagers and two Labrador retrievers. In her free time, Terri enjoys volunteering, traveling, reading and photography.
