Exorcise Atrophy:  3 Steps to Better Exercises

PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) fatigue is a real thing, especially when it comes to the exercise element in business continuity efforts.  Even robust, fully resourced programs can settle into a comfortable lull when it comes to the annual demonstration requirement.

Whether you’re a novice whose experience is limited to a few plan ‘walk-throughs’, or a grizzled veteran with years of experience leading functional, multi-day exercises with Chuck Norris at your side, there’s a benefit in considering something new.

Elizabeth Stevens will share three simple steps to consider if you want to take your teams and plans to the next level of preparedness.

Agenda:
1:30p   Welcome and announcements
1:40p   Session - 3 Steps to Better Exercises
2:30p   Q&A
2:45p   Breakout rooms for networking around BC, DR, CM and general topics
3:30p   Closing
