Resilience Programs are found in organizations of all sizes and across a wide span of industries. Program Managers are challenged to keep Resilience Programs compliant, relevant, and effective. This presentation and working session will highlight the advantages to managing a Program with Project Management concepts, introduce multiple project management frameworks, familiarize planners with tools & terminology, and invite practitioners to provide feedback on which project management components have the greatest potential to add business value and which concepts need further refinement.

Terri Greenberg

Terri Greenberg has a 25-year career in health care administration, financial services, and health and life insurance. Terri’s most recent roles have been leading enterprise level resilience and crisis management programs with a goal of positioning the organization to adjust to disruption and opportunities. Terri has also held a variety of other leadership roles within the Information Technology division, including project management, application development, data center and operations.

Terri earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hamline University, a master's in organizational leadership from St. Mary’s University, and industry certifications CBCP, CSM and PMP.

Outside of professional commitments, Terri is an active volunteer in the community, most recently working as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters and the American Red Cross as a disaster action team member. In this role, Terri worked with those who have been displaced from residential fires and other disasters. Terri also actively shares her passion for photography through volunteering in the community for portrait, sports, and events photography.

Proud member of UMSA (Upper Midwest Security Alliance), a nonprofit alliance of security and risk-related organizations and host of the Secure360 Conference.
